An introduction to Surveys

Surveys are a core feature of Embedery, they belong to the learning section of our platform.

With surveys you focus on the question 😄, this means you ask visitors who come to your website a series of targeted and insightful questions on a number of different topics.

Surveys are to provide you direct information as to why the visitor has arrived, what are they looking for, and/or what do they think of your business and website.

Some examples

With surveys, you can ask specific questions, such as:

  • Can you find what you are looking for?
  • From a rating of 1 to 5, how is our product selection?
  • Is this product page clear enough?
  • How likely are you to recommend our store to your friends or family?
  • With our search can you easily find what you need/want?
  • How often do you purchase products online?
  • What is the most important part of buying online?

And so on, these questions above are more specific to e-commerce stores, but you can build a survey easily about anything you like.

We also have a template library too to help you get started and to help with asking the right questions.

Focus on the question

To help you drive more engagement and to be more flexible, the survey editor only allows you to modify questions.

Our platform will present a universal popup with a lead panel to give visitors the best possible experience. But to align the design to your website and brand, you can apply design styles using the brand design library, more about that here.

My issue is still not resolved.
